WORST SERVICE AGAIN FROM PIZZA HUT G3S MALL OUTLET. THIS IS THE SECOND COMPLAIN FOR THIS OUT LET. ARE THEY HERE TO DESOLVE SUCH A REPUTED NAME OF PIZA HUT.
1. ORDER DONE AT 8 PM ON 6 MARCH.
2. GOT A CALL FROM OUT LET THAT THEY CANT PROVIDE
COMPLETE ORDER AS THY DO NOT HAVE PASTA.
3. I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO ADD SOMETHING ELSE.
4.TILL 9.15 PM I DIDNT RECIEVED MY ORDER.
5. CALLED UP CUSTOMER CARE TO TRACE MY ORDER. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY INFO AND PUT MY CALL ON HOLD F8R 12 MIN.
6. CALLED UP AGAIN AND MR ARVIND SAID HE IS NOT AUTHORISED TO PROVIDE COMPLAINT MAIL ID.
6. I HAVE BEEN TOL IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 30 MIN TO DELIEVER THE ORDER.
7. WRITTING AT THIS POINT OF TIME STILL NOT RECIEVED THE ORDER.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of pizza hut pizza from Pizza Hut. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $150 and wants Pizza Hut to offer any options to resolve the issue.
The most disappointing in user's experience was worst service twice from same outlet. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
