I ordered Pizza 4 days in advance to be delivered to a referring office and at 11:10 am, I get a call saying they don't have a driver to deliver the pizza. After talking to the manager Perla, insisting a 50% discount (they only gave me a 20% discount) she tells me she has known for an hour that she didn't have a driver.

I am in another city trying to get pizza to a referring dental office that is expecting lunch and she wants to only give me a 20% discount????? Now I have to get in the car and try to apologize to the office I was taking lunch to and drive myself to the location while they try to get another driver?????

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $45.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Will not do the right thing to make a customer want to come back, I understand things happen, Make a discount enough to reflect the mistake made by pizza hut.
