i sent to your corporate and headquarters a hard copy letter dated 5/15/2020 w/ pictures of your staff not wearing gloves, hair nets, and masks. i also in detail, explained their rudeness to me, a disabled female.

i went into your Franklin Park, location on 5/15/2020 @ 8:45pm, where one of the staff members was sweating, making pizza's w/out a mask, gloves, or a hair net. the evening manager Naya, was rude and very disrespectful. i was cursed at, and refused service. i took those pictures to prove that your staff was not in compliance of this covid-19 virus rules and protective practices.
i was not alone. this needs to be addressed and someone in your corporate and headquarters location needs to find my letter.
i have contacted the CDC w/ the same information it has been well over a month since my letter has been sent and your company has not responded as of yet. i am displeased with the lack of attention to this matter and now this needs to be taken to another plateau.
