I received an email for a free pizza because I had got 200 points, and I tried to redeem it, but it wouldn't let me get to the app. So I called the Sallisaw Pizza Hut to ask how to do it, and the night manager, Michael Kennedy, said he didn't know how to do it, that he didn't have anything to do with the app.
I asked for the corporate phone number, and he hung up on me.
I called back and asked again, and he said he would look for it and said he couldn't find it, but his manager would be there at 10. The manager's name is Kelsey.

Online order on(2/9/2025) and received partial order . Which was the $24.99 bundle but I never got my boneless chicken wings but was charged for them .. so I want to dispute it & be refunded my money for the chicken

My large pizza was not cooked all the way through so it was very doughy and I asked for little sauce and there was a ton of sauce , I was talking to pizza hut customer service about this and she said that I would be hearing from pizza hut in a couple days about my complaint, well still no call or email and they just brushed me off . I will be going to the BBB next. Thank you passed consumer!
On 11/26/2024 , I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with light sauce from store located at 7171 pecos st and zip code 80221 . THE pizza was to have light sauce.
My pizza was drow i g in sauce and the crust wasnt all the way cooked.
So it was very doughy. I am wanting my refund now for this disgusting pizza i paid for

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted corporate and told them what happened and to my surprise the representative gave me a coupon for s free pizza no explanation just to say sorry . Thus was what I was wanting and Thank you!
I paid for a pizzabthat wasn't cooked all the way through and they put a ton of sauce when I asked for light sauce , basically I paid for a pizza that wasn't satisfactory and I didn't eat and pizza hit said to give them two days and I did and pizza hut never called and never did anything for me
I ordered a large pizza with light sauce and when I returned home to eat the pizza, the toppings literally slid off the pizza and onto the floor. The pizza had a ton of sauce and the crust wasn't even cooked thoroughly. All I'm asking is for my money back for a pizza I paid for but didn't eat because of the quality.
I was told I would be getting a call so I could get my refund and I don't think Pizza Hut realizes the seriousness of my complaint because I would have gotten really sick if I ate that pizza they sold me. I expect a refund soon or else I will go further with this complaint.

My 16 year old daughter had an interview at the pizza hut at 7224 Maynardville Pike, Knoxville tn with the manager Trevor Tucker.
Tucker was unavailable at the moment. Josh / Smitty (the cook) pulled my 16 year old daughter to the side, gave her a note which read - call or text me sooner than later with a smiley face ...your gorgeous and told my daughter that the manager was busy but she could call him.
My daughter was so uncomfortable that she left not to stay for the interview.
She immediately called me, as she stood in the ran because she was uncomfortable to be inside with this older man.
As I got my daughter, I asked to speak to the manager and requested the necessary information. My daughter was at the time excited about the possibility of working, being responsible and going to school which the location is only 5 minutes from our house. This behavior from your employees is less than professional and if this is the behavior of your employees then the the company needs to reevaluate its policies and procedures. With that being said, I can not imagine this company condoning such behavior.

I want something done about this, due to the simple fact that he felt to comfortable about it and not to mention how many time he's possibility done this before. I have this individuals name, number and the note he gave to my daughter.

The pizza was great. The Pizza Hut location was great.
The worker, Christina, was great, but I'm highly disappointed in the chocolate donut bites. They were very hard and chewy. They did not look like chocolate donuts nor taste like a donut. I was not able to eat them at all.
I feel like I wasted my money. I would like to see what I could do to get a refund.

There should be absolutely no reason a store closes at 1 AM and stops taking orders at 12 AM. If my order gets canceled, I would expect an immediate change on the app and or my email.
I have still failed to receive a canceled order notification after driving to Pizza Hut in the rain at 12 AM for no reason very unacceptable. Also this isnt the first time I have been inconvenienced after ordering online and getting to the store for the to tell me they dont have the items for my order or they simply didnt make it and it was canceled with no notifications to my email or app

The pizza was absolutely awful; there was no cheese even left on the pizza, and there was no sauce. The employees/manager on shift wanted to argue even when I brought the pizza back to show them how terrible it was.
They refused to refund me and also refused to give me my order back, claiming they were keeping it to show the next manager. They brought up the last order from over 3 months ago when there was hair in my food. I recorded the guy arguing with me and he slammed the drive-through window in my face, telling me I was wrong when I had brought the food back to show them! This Ringgold store is absolutely ridiculous!
Especially the manager on shift tonight; the guy does not need to be there, he does not know how to manage, and he proceeded to tell me they are going to do what's best for them when something like this happens!
Okay, I'm sorry, but I must be confused when every other place does what's best for their customers at the end of the day! If I had a way to upload the recording, I certainly would for the world to see how we Ringgold customers are treated and how poorly this store is run!

I was provided with nothing. My account was closed and I was never refunded or had a remake. I done with them for good.
7 days after they sent me that email about a remake, I hadn't received any credit. Today, my account was closed.
I'm so glad to be done with this, and them.
I still stand by my words. Pizza Hut can keep my $35 and can kiss my *** I'll never buy from them ever again.
So I got an email saying:Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience at our Pizza Hut®. We value your patronage and we regret that your experience was less than satisfactory.
Receiving the wrong toppings on a pizza is never a good experience We would love to get this remade for you. reply back with the phone number used to place order and i will get credit put on your account to cover the cost of next one.Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced.
We are continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience and your feedback has been shared with the restaurant team members to ensure we can learn from this opportunity.Be assured that we value your business, and hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you.So I'll give them one more chance. It won't be from the one on 40 hwy though.

Bacon Cheddar Cheese Sticks.
They replaced the jalapeños with mushrooms (I hate mushrooms.), there was either no pizza sauce or very little on the supreme, and they replaced the 2 bacon cheddar sticks with 1 order of regular breadsticks.
It had been a month, and they didn't refund me or remade my order. Their customer service is *** They'll tell you they'll escalate your complaint, but either they don't, or the higher ups ignore you.
So I'm closing my account and I will never purchase from Pizza Hut ever again.
I hope they enjoy my $35.
(They also are making it a chore to close your account to. I got the email to close it and filled out my info.
Now I have to wait 15 to 45 days, just to request my account closing! This company sucks!)

I was going to holmen Pizza Hut to order food and pick up, not sure where it was located so I called store to see what is was next to I was told to use google maps but it was not working on my phone person came on line and I was told it wasnt their responsibility to tell me how to get to their store

If you did not eat the pizza why not return it?
I don't see a ton of sauce but I can't tell if it's not cooked all the way. You say you didn't eat it but from the pictures, it looks like you did eat at least some.
You should have returned the pizza immediately for a refund or new pizza.
By not doing so, it will just make the restaurant think you are trying to get free food. You'd be amazed at the amount of people who scam for free food.
If you look at the second picture you will see that it was cooked. The person obviously took a slice and squished it to make it look like it came that way.
There is not a ton of sauce. They are trying to scam for free food. Sadly, this happens all the time at not only Pizza Hut, but other restaurants as well.
They want a treat, cannot afford a treat, and lie to get the food for free. After taking the picture they probably ate the rest of the pizza.
