Never received my order. Delivery driver said it was canceled when it.
In fact was not when I called the store to complain.
They insulted me by giving me $20 back on my almost $50 order. So having to wait an extra 40 minutes on top of the hour, when I finally received my meal it was cold and wasn't even what I ordered and I didn't ever get the 20$ from them they said I'd get

Hi. Im just EXTREMELY upset at this recent experience with Pizza Hut.
The pizza we received was the worst and most pathetic looking pizza I've ever received from a restaurant. I ordered for a birthday party and it pretty much ruined the party as pizza is a family favorite.

When I get coupons in the mail I keep them I got Burger King Hardees Little Caesars, Dominos Subway, Pizza Hut, and Applebees all in the mail at the same time I chose to use Pizza Hut because I havent been there in a while. Thought I would try it out.
I have the app on my phone. use the app order with the coupon couldnt find it called the store. They said they didnt have that special. It was what I was ordering.
Was two pieces and breadstick 24 and 99 by the coupon they said theres a 2599 OK so I went to store took the coupon with me thought maybe they didnt know about it. The coupon expires on 731 **** when I brought to keep on in, they said they would not honor it. Theyre not gonna honor any coupons in the mail.
OK just gonna charge me a dollar extra. I started not to get it so I just walked away, cause I hadnt made my pizza even though I had ordered it 20 minutes earlier so while waiting for the pizza to be made on the counter and I took a picture two soft drinks products in the bottle four dollars guess what I was charged for 98 on the receipt these type of things even though theyre minor two bucks is the principle of it and it makes you not even wanting to go to any Pizza Hut ever and thats where I stand with my feedback

nearly a year ago, I moved to a new town and, as such, changed my mobile number to the new area. I went to make the change in my Pizza Hut account only to be met with 'this number is already in use' because it's obviously been recycled by my carrier.
Pizza Hut has refused to understand it's now my number and will not change it, even going as far as to tell me I either had to 'call the carrier and get a new number that isn't reused' or 'show proof the previous owner (who still has a Pizza Hut account apparently) isn't using it.' Absolutely no other way, according to them, despite every other company in the world being able to resolve this with a simple two-factor authentication. Every time I report the issue (every few days in hopes of finding someone who can fix it), I get the same reply: 'delete cookies, clear cache and try to log in again,' which doesn't fix the 'number already in use' issue.

Kermit tx location No Stars! but it wont let you post unless you click at least one star!
There is a person working the register who is extremely rude every single time I have to deal with her, and i am not the only person she treats this way.
I have witnessed it with other customers and other people have told me about it happening. When you make a complaint with the manager, nothing changes except she proceeds to be even more rude to you because you made a complaint. She will stand at the register and argue with customers, then proceed to talk about them in spanish to other people as the customer is standing there waiting; I guess she thinks they can't understand what she is saying. Well, she might want to rethink that!
This is no way to treat anyone! It is atrocious behavior, very unprofessional, and uncalled for.
Do you not realize that Domino's is opening a new location here in Kermit? This rude employee will for sure help Domino's take away your customers. Keep letting this employee treat people this way and she will run off all of your customers!
She does NOT need to be at the front register whatsoever!
This is not the type of person customers should have to encounter when they walk in the establishment.
It is not that difficult to acknowledge a person standing by the register... "Hi, give me just a moment please.." or "Hi, what is the name of the order you are picking up? Ok, it is not ready yet. It will be just a bit." If a person cannot pick up this simple skill of common courtesy, do NOT have them at the front register; I would say greeting customers but she NEVER greets the customers.
She acts as if the customers are burdening her.
I run an office full time during the week. There is no way an employee with this attitude would last a week, let alone, however long this person has been with the Kermit location. No matter what type of business it is, the customers are your lifeline; without them, you would not have a job!
No customers=no revenue=no profit which eventually adds up to a business shutting down. So, customer service matters!
And this person has no customer service skills at all!!

Nothing was resolved after I called in explaining my concern. The person that answered the phone, to which I voiced my concern, was very understanding but had to get her manager to speak to me further on the issue.
I did once again explain the reason for the call. The manager finally joined me on the call, asking me why I was satisfied with my order, and I stated once again everything was fine except the two toppings weren't doubled as stated when I ordered my pizzas, which he stated he couldn't see where I stated to double the toppings.
The end result was I wasn't offered any compensation nor an apology. As I stated, 'I have lived in this neighborhood for the past 15 years, and Pizza Hut has always been my choice of pizza place to order.' I'm not satisfied with his attitude on this concern.

Someone took my payment, but I never received my order. I don't know whose fault it was, but it cost me $35.

Ordered my pizza at 7:30, got to the store a little before 8, and the lobby was closed. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building.
I waited in line for over an hour just to get to the window, and they lost my order and gave me someone else's pizza, not the one I ordered.
The staff was rude and had nothing helpful at all to do or say. I will never be going back to that location ever again; I might not even use that company again!

I called to place an order at approximately 10:50 PM for delivery. The ordering process took a while, 10 minutes worth.
I believe the person was not at the location. The agent said the food would be delivered by 11:40 PM. 40 minutes. I'm okay with waiting.
Around midnight, I called the store to check for a delivery update. A lady answers the phone, 'Pizza Hut, we are closed.' Okay, but that's not what I called for. What happened to 'How can I help you?' She asked my name and said, 'DoorDash just picked it up.' I do not understand, but she is quick to repeat it as if I was dumb or knows what she means. The woman then hung up in my face.
I called back to ask for her name, to her saying, 'I'm the general manager; have a good night,' and hangs up again. I called a third time for her name and the prior rudeness, for her to say her name was Crystal. Very unprofessional candidate to have running company stores. I even added a tip for the driver and the driver said he didnt receive it.
Then where did it go?? How sad.

Didn't honor the coupons, overcharged for the drinks. 2 for 4 on counter; receipt has 4.98 when I ordered the pizzas and breadsticks online.
There was no place for a special deal with this key coupon, so I called the store and they said, 'There are no coupons out there for Pizza Hut.' I took it to the store, showed them the coupon, and they said they were not going to honor that coupon. I could pay 25.99 for the breadsticks and pizza or just leave. They didn't make the pizza as I had ordered, so I had to wait on it. While waiting, I decided to get the drinks too for four dollars, which was a bad deal, but then they overcharged me for that.
So, yeah, I'm upset over it, even though it's a couple bucks. It's a principle of it; they didn't even offer to help out.
