The manager, ***, he's just he's rude. He has no customer service. The first time I gave a good review, the very first time when I first moved over there a year ago, but since then, I have had bad experiences. I I specialty ordered a supreme pizza, added spinach.

I didn't even get that. I had got some wings. They weren't done. Okay?

Called kept trying to call. It was in the wintertime. They never answered, and this little white girl was answering the phone, but they just never answered. So I made a customer complaint online.

Somebody called me back two or three days later. I forgot her name. It was months ago. Okay?

Mind you, I used to love Pizza Hut, worked for them, and the pizza is just not the same. It's salty. It's just not good. It's not that good to not be and it you can't even contact Pizza Hut anymore like you used to.

You could just call. So, anyway, the girl told me I had a credit. First, it was $10. I said, I spent $36.

So she said, well, it'd be two for two $10 credits anyway. I my my grandkids come over. I finally go over there to get the pizza. It's not it's not on there.

Then the guy says the ***, the manager, says, well, I would have been the one to call you back and this and this and that. And then I have clarified that this is ***, right, when she called me. So I just decided, and he wasn't trying to they pulled my number up. He could've looked to see what the last thing I ordered or whatever.

He'd asked me what was wrong with it. I told him, and he act like he was not trying to assist. So I just I just will not be eating Pizza Hut, period. That's my last bad experience with Pizza Hut and their customer service.

It stinks. And, you know, I'll go somewhere where I know I can get my money back. I'll go somewhere where I know they'll answer the phone. There's too many pizza places out here nowadays, and that tastes better.

And I love Miskies anyway. So my name is ***. My email address is ***, And Pizza Hut stinks. Eventually, people just come because they're probably because of the wings, but it's too many pizza places.

Nobody gotta put up with that, and I like Godfather's better anyway. Thank you.

This is the third time that I have had a mistake from the store on [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA]. This one has taken it all to unprofessionalism.

I was trying to explain to him that on my receipt that I got when I ordered online, it was that I had a large three-topping thin crust pizza to be cut into squares. I ordered another large pan with pepperoni and green peppers. I got two thin pizzas, and when I went to call him, he was yelling at me. He said, 'I am looking at the *** receipt.' I asked him, 'Why are you yelling at me?' and that's when he said, 'I am looking at the *** receipt.' I'm professionalism, and on top of that, I'm a customer.

Out of the four times that I've ordered from them, they have gotten three of my orders wrong, which I did not complain about.

When I went to call about this one, he started swearing at me. Very unprofessional, and I'm very upset and pissed off.

So I don't know why this is such a difficult thing to get a refund back for a terrible experience and wrong food order. I've tried contacting the store specifically and always get hung up on even though I can't even explain what happened.

I've tried going through the process of the online chat service and nobody ever gets back to me. I was even told a refund would be given to me and nothing has happened at all. I had a terrible experience at the *** on 12/24/2025 located at ***. I ordered through a browser on my phone and for some reason don't have an order number.

I have a total of $103.18. It was placed around 5 PM and I was informed it would be ready around 6:15 PM. I sent my aunt to get the order and chaos was happening at the store. They couldn't handle the orders but said our order would be made as soon as possible.

I told my aunt to wait since other options would probably be closing and it would hard to make an order anywhere else. After waiting for a long time around 7:45 PM, they handed my aunt some boxes and she brought what they gave her home. I opened the box seeing that the pizza wasn't correct at all...some of it cold and folded because apparently they didn't have a large box. They also were short an entire pizza.

The desserts were terrible and nobody ate that night, so I called immediately.

They wouldn't talk to me on the phone about it the first few calls and then it seemed like I was directed to some customer service. I offered to return the food but they had closed at 8 PM that night and I felt they wouldn't have even let me in the door. I was told by the person I talked to that a refund would be sent but that it would take a while since it was going to be during the holidays. I have waited and tried calling to talk to the physical location and they just plain refuse to talk to me...often putting me on hold or hanging up on me.

I've not really even been able to receive any phone call or email from Pizza Hut after going through the process twice now to explain the entire incident. All I want is a full refund, I've not ever been this upset and frustrated over something that can be handled a lot better if someone would just issue this refund. I don't know what else I'm supposed to do...I do have photos of the food and a picture of the receipt.

No order number was given to me besides what they use when they are call out an order in the store. Tell me if anything else is needed because I would like to get this resolved so I can not be upset about this anymore.

I recieved a $50.00 Pizza Hut gift card, for a gift, went yesterday to pick up my pizza, they said the card was no longer good, because they came out with new cards. I called number on back and it was verified their was $50.00 balance o it.

They connect with someone else, and they check also and verify it had a $50..00 balance. Then they put me on hold for 30 minutes, then he finally came back, and ask for my email address and said I would receive something I would have to fill out, he also gave me a case number: CS 1962****, then asked for my adress and full name and said they would send me a check for the $50.00, I told him that would be fine or just another card.

I placed an order before work for the Hut Box, breadsticks and wings, using a code for $1 8pc wings. the whole order came out to around $20, and while i was driving to the location the manager had called me stating that the fryer was out of order and i would not be able to get the wings that I had ordered.

I had lost the discount code, but fine, he said that he had attached a $14 dollar credit to the account. Funny story about the account though, there was no account attached to the order, since the person who had my phone number last made an account and did not delete it. I went to use the credit, remembered there was no account and called the store. the lady at the store said that the credit would be attached to the phone number, but as i said someone else has been using my phone number for god knows how long and has not changed it.

I asked for the number for customer support and was given a number that was out of service. Mind you I am a college student just trying to make it by on what little money i can scrape up doing odd jobs here and there, only being able to work roughly 10 hours a week at my actual job.

I ordered a Pizza Hut order before closing, and my order came out wrong. I don't like to make bad reviews; things happen, but the order was almost $100, and it was wrong. I contacted them before closing and was told they were out of ingredients. Instead of calling and letting me know, they gave me whatever they did have and told me to talk to the manager, that they would give me a call back.

Two days passed, and I was never contacted, so I called and was told nothing was told to her, so there was a communication issue between staff. Then the manager was so rude and talked to me like she didn't care. Not a way you talk to a customer.

Honestly, she didn't even try to help, so now I'm pissed and want a full refund. This is unacceptable behavior, and I would like for Pizza Hut to take accountability for their employees' actions.

So I did not get any food because he kept the pizza and mozzarella sticks and lost my reward points.

Horrible pizza

Pizza arrived cold. It was hard and absolutely disgusting.

I tried to reheat in the oven after adding cheese but it was just awful.

I threw it out and just made a sandwich to eat for dinner. Just lost money but it reminded me to never order from Pizza Hut again.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I would just call the store you ordered from and try and get in contact with the manager.

I had ordered 2 pizzas and a couple of other things for me and my family. Pizza Hut had a third party (DoorDash) deliver our food, well the driver said there was no payment, when I called pizza hut and paid for the food the driver took our food back. I have tried to reach out to [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] and get refund and I havent gotten a response for 2 weeks now.

Speedway gas station has better pizza and it's much cheaper. I wish they had a Speedway gas station in ***, ***.
