Worst service ever!

Im not a regular Pizza Hut customer but after today's experience it's going to be the last.

Here is the story:

Simon (Runaway Bay, Gold Coast Pizza Hut's franchisee) took our order.

Everything was going well until we found a hair in our pizzas, we didnt want to be picky but after finding 2 more we decided it was enough. They seemed like grey hair or even dog's hair.

When we came back, we asked him to refund the money (obviously we didnt feel like eating there anymore) and he (in a really rude manners) told us the only option was to replace the order acusing us that the hair could have been ours.

We asked him to give us a claim form and his answer was: "I'm the OWNER. There is no way of complaining in here".

We lost the money, we dindt have our meal and the customer service was awful.

He took advantage of the fact that we are not native english speakers.

We dont understand how a brand like Pizza Hut gives franchises to people who damage its image in such a way.

All the words above dont express how bad they made us feel.

I have to say as a pizza delivery business owner false accusations of hair or foreign objects in pizzas are twice a month. In our store procedures are taken to prevent such accidents. Everyone wears hair nets and the store is very clean with several other preventing prodecures of contamination.
Then you have the customers that order 2 mediums to feed 5 adults then call to complain to get more free pizza or refunds for their current order. Not say you were the customer that was trying to take advantage but I would says it's very difficult to allow hair to get in your pizza.
