Pizza Hut - Pizza made wrong
From a letter I just sent to the Callahan store manager's boss(supposedly) "I ordered 4 pizzas last night from your store in Callahan, Fl because I had the flu and was unable to cook for my family. I ordered them all with garlic buttery blend crust and none of them had garlic buttery blend crust.
I spent $33 and some change to make sure my family had dinner, of which I was unable to eat any of, and when I got up this morning I tried to see if I could try and eat only to discover maybe the reason why there was still 3 pizzas left was because the family didn't like them, due to not having the proper crust. I spoke with Jessica, the store manager, this morning to be compensated and she refused to replace the 3 pizzas "just because of the crust" and would only offer to remake 1 pizza or give me a $10 credit. I explained I would bring the pizzas to her so she could see they are not the garlic buttery blend crust that was ordered and I do not refunded or credited any money I just want 3 of the 4 pizzas remade because they were made wrong.
As it stands, if you refuse to fairly compensate me, I will never again waste my money on pizza hut again. I am not sure if you are aware that you have a ton of competition such as Dominos, Little Ceasars and Papa Johns to name a few, one who delivers and the other 2 I have plenty of drivers in my household would be willing to go pick up pizza made the right way."
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $18.
Preferred solution: remake 3 of the 4 pizzas ordered...the right way.
