Finally received a call from PH yesterday. They replaced the entire order from before at no charge (the 2 pizzas & the apple pies, which were delicious).

On 7/29/2018 ordered pizzas & apple pies from Pizza Hut online for pickup. Picked up, got home, NO apple pies.

Called store, talked to manager on duty, who said he'd credit my card ($4.99 + tax). NEVER CREDITED. Received email from pizza hut requesting a survey to fill out. I did so, explaining my problem.

NO RESPONSE. On 8/17, contacted customer service (GetHuman) via phone.. They said I would be contacted in 3 or 4 days by management. NO RESPONSE.

Contacted GetHuman again 9/02, said would be contacted in 3 or 4 days. NO RESPONSE. WHAT THE *** HAS TO HAPPEN TO GET THIS RESOLVED?

I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH INCOMPETENCY IN GETTING SUCH A SIMPLE PROBLEM ADDRESSED, NOT TO MENTION TAKING CARE OF. IT'S BEEN 6 WEEKS!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $6.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: No response after complaining 4 times.
