I'm still trying hours later to figure out why a pizza hut employee would be rude and hang up on. Paying customer?!!
I placed an order online for pizza because I am out of town. And my daughter ask me to get her pizza. But unfortunately the pizza never arrived to my daughter. So o thought to myself what can alI do but call the only other pizza hut open and explain the situation.
Because after all I did pay for a pizza to be delivered to my daughter. Thankfully the Pizza Hut on Club in Conway Arkansas had a very sweet girl, Katie working there that was sympathetic to my problem. She took my order, called the Oak Street store, the GM of the Oak Street store and then called me back. And after paying two times for one meal my daughter received her dinner.
But what if I couldn't have paid $50 for one meal because otherwise my daughter wouldn't have had dinner that night. Of course I was told that the Oak Street store will put the money back on my debit card. Of course because of their mistake and rudeness and hanging up on me. Me the customer who helps keep them in business pays the price.
When during this pandemic people should be grateful to still have a job and working when so many aren't.
And I know it was closing time for the store and all that those employees wanted was off. But did they think if it wasn't for their customers they wouldn't have a job.I
