I placed an online order and the money was devoted from my account and then I received an email stating the order could not be processed. I called the store and spoke with supervisor but she said she was too busy to help me and that I need to call customer service.

I called customer service and was on hold for 45 minutes, all the while, I have a very upset household that we are not getting pizza and I have paid for it already. I am very upset and after having a few rubies with late deliveries and messed up orders I have still stuck by this store.

As of this moment, I am no longer a Pizza Hut customer. This is crap and I am beyond disappointed.
