Pizza Hut - No apologies, no refund!
I ordered 4 pizzas online on August 29, 2017.When i received the order, there were only 3 pizzas.
I called the store who filled my order & supposedly spoke to the manager. He told me that my card wouldnt be charged for the pizza that i didnt receive, but it was! I called the 800 number to tell them about it. The guy asked me for my name, email, etc..
I told him i love pizza hut but this is the second time in a row that an error has occurred. He told me he would email the correct responders, & i should hear somethong within two days. He asked me if i wanted a credit, & i told him no i wanted my money for the pizza back! Its been 15 days back no email, no returned money, nothing!
I stopped eating pizza hut for a while, & then started back.I just dont know if i can do business with them again!!!
