I ordered a pizza from pizza hut at 3:30 pm i was told it would be and hr to deliever. I said ok ,i paid with my credit card.Ok an hr goes by no pizza so i called to check the status ,i was asked to give them 3min and have the driver to take 3 dollars off my next order.

20min go by i called back and told them to just cancell my order and credit my account back i was told by RACHEL that it would take 5 to 10 days to get it back i had 4 hungry children who were waitin 4 food times r hard i dont have money 4 people to hold. I THINK THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM.

Monetary Loss: $13.

I Am VERY angry. I ordered delivery WITH a Credit Card with you guys at 9:45Pm and here it is 11:07PM.

This young teenage girl called me off of her phone number and told me that โ€œWe donโ€™t have any driversโ€ than said โ€œCan you come in the store weโ€™ll refund you your $3.โ€ Now I donโ€™t have a car but luckily the store isnโ€™t too far from my house. Iโ€™m walking and Iโ€™m HALF way their and the girl calls me again sayin โ€œ Iโ€™m sorry we donโ€™t have any more chickenโ€ So Now Iโ€™m even MORE ANGRY because I walked this far and they tell me they donโ€™t have any more chicken. I told the girl that I strictly didnโ€™t want nothing else besides what I ordered. So the teenage girl hangs up on me and NOW Iโ€™m left no choice to WALK back HOME empty handed.

Pizza Hut HAVEs MY $21.64, AND I HAVE NO PIZZA.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND? Pizza Hut I Am very frustrated Iโ€™ve never experienced nothing like this before with any pizza service and you guys are on of my favorites.

This past Saturday, Pizza Hut charged about 40 dollars to my debit card and they never delivered any food to me and when i called them, they pretended they never received or processed any payment when there is bank proof they took the money. Because they too lazy to deliver pizza by making fake excuse, now i have to wait till this transaction they caused, posts because i can open dispute.

The money disappeared from my account and i have kids to feed that dont understand i dont have money. They caused me pain.

I needed my money if they have food for me. The transaction post ing takes long time.

This happened on January 8th, 2018. It was around my mother's birthday and my mother, sister and I wanted to get some pizza to celebrate.

My mother had a birthday coupon code, so it was perfect timing. We go to order online-using the code-and they tell us that the pizza would arrive in 80-90 minutes. 90 minutes go by and the pizza is nowhere to be found. I call Pizza Hut and they let us know that their one driver is backed up, but that he has our order and that he had three orders ahead of ours that were also late.

They told us that it would take about an hour.Hungry, we wait another hour. We call back and then they tell us that they are closed and to call back when they open up. Mind you: it was extremely late by this time. We all stayed up until their opening time the NEXT day and called back to see about our pizza and the birthday code that was redeemed.

The woman told us that they would not be able to get us our pizza and that we would have to get a refund. I call my bank and they tell me that they will open a dispute. I call Pizza Hut's customer care and the kind man was able to get my mother another birthday code to redeem for another purchase. However, he told me that I would have to call the actual Pizza Hut location about the refund.

I told him about how I already did that and he told me I would have to do it again. I call back and they say to wait 5-7 business days and, if the money was not refunded by then, they would call Thursday.That Thursday came, I got no call or refund. Serve never emailed me with a follow-up email regarding the dispute. It is now February 24th, 2018 and I am about to call Serve again and discuss this.

If they do not give me back my money, I will never order anything from Pizza Hut EVER again.My mother called Serve about the dispute/refund since my account is a sub-account to hers. We'll see if the issue is resolved in 2 days. If I remember, I'll update this post.In no way am I trying to bash Pizza Hut. I have only tried it once in my childhood and had a bad experience but decided to give it another chance later on.

Pizza Hut is just not for me, but a lot of my friends love their food. I personally have not been able to get anything from them, recently, to decide if they earn a spot on my list of pizza places to order from. But if you like pizza from them, then go ahead and continue service with them.

I ordered pizza at 633 pm in raleigh nc for my three kids.was told 20-30 min. I call at 8 to see where my order is.

They said dispatcher didn't bring it so they would remake it per request. All in time they didn't notify me or remake it when dispatcher said he didn't bring it. They said it would be 30 min before I'd receive my order. An hour rolls around and I call and they say it's being delivered.

I had been waiting outside because I had a feeling they would state they came and nobody answered by this point. So ten min before close I show up there and they refuse to refund or remake it and give me an old pizza.

They claimed driver came and we didn't answer which was a boldface lie. They refused to give delivery charge back as well

I ordered a pizza here in Memphis to be sent to my son at the hospital and he never received it. I paid by credit card and was charged twice and They never delivered his food. PIZZA HUT HAS VERY POOR RATINGS IN MY BOOK!!!!!

You had my support until you thrown in the part about "4 hungry children who were waitin 4 food times r hard i dont have money 4 people to hold." Service shouldn't be rendered on the basis of pity.

It takes about 48 hours for CREDIT CARD PROCESSING for ANY MERCHANT. Yes...Pizza Hut should have delivered your pizza on time, but they If you want your money back instantly - pay with cash.

i never said that pizza hut was not at fault for not delivering. if they didn't deliver, that IS bad customer service.

i am saying that waiting to get your money back is bank related, not pizza hut related. that is all

to Jude YES IT IS THEIR FAULT i ordered food from them and they did not deliver thats not my problem it doesnt matter how much i had on my credit card.To clear things up they never showed up with my food that night.

After I ordered on line, I got a phone call from the store manager saying that due to the hour (7:48p) it would be dark by the time my order would arrive, so they are refusing to deliver to my apartments. They said that this was because one of their drivers had been robbed before.

Well, last time I looked robberies can occur day or night. But, an hour after much discussion w/this supervisor and still refusing to deliver, my debit card was charged. I was livid.

She wanted to argue that my card had not been charged, yet I had the email from my bank saying that it was. The next day, it was refunded.
