It's hard to believe that for such a large corporation, the type of employees that represent said company clearly demonstrate the importance of customer service and how they seem to lack the empathy and or courteous professionalism that other companies seem to pride themselves on. After working a long day, I came home to order a pizza from a place I once used to send my friends to.

After an hour, I was notified the pizza was here so I went to the door to answer, $10 in hand for tip. There was no one there. I immediately called the deliver driver as I had ONE missed call. He claimed to have been at the door for 5 minutes and said he left to make another delivery.

That I could call the store and cancel. He proceeded to hang up on me. I called the store to speak to a manager and he cut me off, said he and another manager called me and that there was no answer so they canceled my order. I had ONE missed call.

Needless to say, I was shocked at the lack of professionalism from your employees. The driver was rude, hung up on me and told me to cancel my order. Clearly that location did not want my business. What upset me the most was that my money was immediately taken, it was stolen from me as I have no pizza and it was taken from my account.

I tried to call back after being hung up on, no one answered the phone. I must have called back at least 40 times, and at one point, someone answered and threatened to call the police even though I clearly stated I needed my money back. I'm still shocked that I was hung up on so many times. I still cannot believe this lack of professionalism, I still cannot believe that my money was not refunded, I still cannot believe I was hung up on so many times.

Needless to say, I'd like to know how this manager is going to be dealt with and I'd like to know where my money is all. I will never use Pizza Hut again, this was a mistake. I have notified my 939 Facebook friends and seeing as how I work as the administrative assistant to the VP of Comcast, I will also let my boss know that we won't be using Pizza Hut for anything. Not after the way I was treated.

I will also let the other head of departments at Comcast know not to use this place for business. I can't imagine ever treating anyone this way and I can't believe I tried to call back 40 times to get a refund and no one bothered to answer the phone. I cannot believe how much pizza hut really sucks. It's now 11 pm and closed, I can't keep calling but I am clearly upset.

I hope this place goes out of business. I would hate for someone to be treated like I was.

Pizza Hut Pros: Variety of choices.

Pizza Hut Cons: Staff and how many times they hung up on me.

They should not only have refunded your money, but they should have given coupons for 10 free large pan pizzas with as many toppings as you wanted, plus coupons. For 20 free two liter bottles of soda pop.

Regardless of one missed call or many, the delivery drivers can't wait around for you to bother to come to the door. Why didn't you have your phone on you at all times if you knew you were waiting for a pizza? So sick of this complaint.
