Im going to try and make this as short as possible! I ordered some dinner for my daughter and two of her friends and myself.

I never placed an order at Pizza Hut for delivery before. So I figured why not I used a coupon when the food came shortly there after, I opened up the pizza and it looked fine and then there was another box full of the dessert which were cinnamon rolls, and the breadsticks both which were completely burnt black and top hard as rocks cold, and not edible at all. I have photos. So I tried calling the Pizza Hut back right away.

I waited on hold for about 20 minutes and finally someone answered I go and explained what happened and all the sudden as Im approaching the end of what I was trying to say it was the recording of what I had to listen to when I was on hold they just without saying anything shot me right over! So I called back 30 minutes later, I said hi. Im the lady that just called and I was basically hung up on the employee started getting rude, saying nobody did that! I was like listen thats not the point Im trying to let you know that I have burnt food here and I was trying to resolve this so he said that he would go ahead and remake the items that were burnt and have it delivered.

I said that was fine but I didnt want to put them out of their way if it was too late, not to worry about it , maybe just give me a cop for the next time but if they were willing to deliver it, that was OK too so he made the food and was going to have it delivered. As he hangs up the phone, I then hear him say *** those people and hangs up . I should mention to you at the time I didnt know, but my daughters friend was recording the whole thing, and it picked up the entire conversation, including what he said at the end! I called back right away.

Camera was still rolling, and it was the most unprofessional disgusting behavior from an employee as a pain customer that Ive ever seen in my entire life! I was in disbelief how disgusting he treated me! He would not give me his name he refused , it went back-and-forth for a while and finally I said Im wasting my time obviously definitely do not send me that food. I do not trust it at this point!

And I said goodbye he then tries to hang up the phone and then he excuse my language, said something to the effect of you *** *** I was disgusted. I obviously wasnt gonna call back after that. He was probably doing this on purpose! So then I tried calling corporate pick up nowhere, so at this point, I am more disgusted with the fact that corporate doesnt care about employees treating pain customers in this manner!

so hopefully this will do something, but Im not holding my breath! Like I said, I do have both of these conversations recorded and at this point, I am ready to make a TikTok video or somethings. Thats what my daughter told me to do shes got a pretty large following, so maybe that will get some attention , because Ive never heard of someone talking to a paying customer this way its like unbelievable! Im sure Im leaving out a bunch, but yeah burnt food getting talk to you like that and nothing was done at the very least.

Give me my money back for what was sent to me that was burnt at the very least ! And even then that would be pathetic !
