Pizza Hut - I discontinued my order and it still is not in my card. I contacted Corporate and they told me that the money should be back on my card in 3 days. It has been a week now and I still did not get my $
I went to Pizza Hut in Belle Vernon 3 weeks ago paid for the order and then canceled the order. The person taking my order said that she would put the money back on my card.
Later I called over to Pizza Hut to see why my money was not there and the boy that answered hung up on me. I went back over to Pizza Hut to inquire about the situation and the girl that took my order said that she said that it wouldnt be on the card for 7 days. She did not tel me this at all. She left and a manager came to the window.
She stated to me that no one hung up on me and I told her yes he did. She also stated to me that her employee did not tell me that my money would be back on because this was not companies policy. She was not there when the worker told me this.
The Manager told me that I had to leave because she has stuff to do. I asked the worker that took my ooorder
