On June 4, 2021 2:10 I made an online delivery order at the Pizza Hut (LG pepperoni, beef and Italian sausage) on 6055 Old National Hwy B, College Park, GA 30349. While processing the order, the ETA given for my order was 40-50 minutes.
At 3:10 I still had not received my order had still not been delivered, so I checked tracking on the online site the new ETA was 6:10, I tried to call, but there was no answer. Instead of waiting another 3 hours, I decided to just go to the restaurant to pick up the order. Upon arrival around 3:30 the staff including the manager were so busy playing it took 5-10 minutes to acknowledge I was inside the restaurant. After asking about my order several times, the manager refused to assist me and called law enforcement.
When the law enforcement officer arrived I explained what was going on he then proceeded to ask about my order as well, the manager then assisted the officer and let him know the order was ready and had been sitting in the warmer for an extended period of time. This was the absolute most horrible service I have ever received from a Pizza Hut.
The staff including the manager was rude and had no sense of urgency. The entire restaurant needs customer service training.
