Pizza Hut - Horrible
I usually go all the time and this manager name kesha use to help me. she always made sure the employees took good care of me.
she worked well under pressure, I would wait just for her to finish up all the customers first. recently I went to the store and this heavy male with a ponytail took care of me. I asked for kesha, he immediately rolled his eyes at me and told me she not welcomed in this facility. what issue you guys have with her, he should be more professional about her no longer being at that location.
when I tried to explain to him how she would take care of me, I am very specific with my order, my son is highly allergic to some meat. he basically denied me told me he won't do what I asked because he had backed up orders. his exact words were " your request isn't available because we are too backed up." I was in the store so I didn't mind the wait.
He was very rude and honestly, I see why people don't last in your store, nobody wants to be associated with such a disgusting person like him. plus, he should be wearing a hair net instead of having his ponytail hanging out, and to look presentable.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
