I called for a deliver for two pizzas my total was $ 27.64 after I was told the waiting time for my delivery was an hour employee megan porter hung up at me I called back to say I was going to pickmy order up. So she stated it was going to be less it will be 24.84 then I went and picked it up.

So then I checked my account and seen they charge me twice. So I called back and said why they charge me twice I got hung up on again.

So we called back and megan porter was rude and said we will refund u but never explained it to me and stated that they didn't needed my business and was rude. I need help complaining about this employers like her don't need to be in charge of customer service.

Monetary Loss: $28.
