I called for a deliver for two pizzas my total was $ 27.64 after I was told the waiting time for my delivery was an hour employee megan porter hung up at me I called back to say I was going to pickmy order up.So she stated it was going to be less it will be 24.84 then I went and picked it up.

So then I checked my account and seen they charge me twice. So I called back and said why they charge me twice I got hung up on again.

So we called back and megan porter was rude and said we will refund u but never explained it to me and stated that they didn't needed my business and was rude.I need help complaining about this employers like her don't need to be in charge of customer service.

Monetary Loss: $28.
