I ordered online. You can imagine my shock on seeing that I would have to wait two hours for the pizza.

I was not given any opportunity to say yes or no to that. I could not cancel it. I had to call the number and wait awhile before anyone bothered to answer the phone. The guy who did told me that he only had one delivery person.

I understand that and hence the long wait. What I take umbrage about is that I was given no chance to refuse the wait time of two hours. I'm not that desperate or hungry for their food. I had to go to the trouble of cancelling which was a pain in the butt.

I promptly ordered from another provider who was able to deliver it in a reasonable amount of time.
