Poor follow up on coustomer service weeks now and its a simple resolution

Fair no response in 3 weeks now talking with a chat bot and no one has contacted me i made an effort 4 times as of yesterday

My customer service experience was through a chat. The representative was unable to assist me with a refund and I've been told multiple times that someone will be contacting me and I am not. Customer service for Pizza Hut sucks.

Live in a small town and have ordered from Pizza Hut in Fountain Inn and they delivered to my home. This time the manager cancels the order, never sent a cancellation email to let me know the order had been cancelled because they were short on staff.

To me that is poor customer service and I should have been notified. Will I purchase from them again?

Nope! If you don't have the common courtesy to notify me that you cancelled my order, then you've shown me that you don't respect your customers.
