I understand that we are under a special situation, but I called in my order and was told to call from the parking lot and they would bring out my pizza.
I waited on hold in the lot for 25 minutes. They answered and set get in the drive through line- I was shocked- another 40 minutes later I got my pizzas- which were dried out and it looked like pieces from another pizza were jammed in the box, where the original pieces would have been.
My wife has a compromised immune system, so with what is happening with the virus- we could only imagine what had happened, we decided to throw the pizza out. We should have thrown the second one out too- after an hour and ten minutes at the store it was really bad.

We are faithful Pizza Hutters, but this was way too disgusting to let pass.
