Pizza was not what I expected.

Pizza Hut - Pizza was not what I expected.
I ordered the New York full pepperoni with extra cheese and tipped the driver well. But the pizza delivered had sporadically thrown pepperoni, very little extra cheese and some kind of Parmesan flakes covering the pizza. I apologize if this is what you expected me to order. But I was very disappointed with this order experience.

Bad experience at store, and bad pizza and wings.

Stay away from the Pizza Hut in Temple Terrace. Filthy, crude language and the food is poorly prepared served. Busch Blvd much better and faster.

I went to your Pizza Hut, in Temple Terrace, FL (Tampa) When I came to your store upon walking in I hear massive profanity a filthy store a trip hazard at the door. Realized the profanity was with Teesha and other employees. I ordered a diner box and was rushed to order by the same person Tenesha. My food was seemed like half cooked, the chicken wings were so hard you couldn't eat them. This has disappointed me dearly. I've been eating here for over 30 years and this experience,I don't know. I payed $30 for nasty food. The CO# is(813)222-****. My ticket number was 0015 on 10/07/23.

Pizza Hut - Refund
Basically I ordered a Large Hand Toss pizza and a 2 liter. I ordered a Pepsi, I received a Crush Orange. The Large hand toss was missing a lice, and on top of that I ordered Pepperoni, It came back sausage. It wouldve been ok but im allergic to sausage. I knew something was up when as soon I submitted my order I got a text from Pizza hut that said My order was done! I feel as they was in a rush because it was 45 minutes till closing but if that was the case they couldve canceled my order!

I see all the commercials and most I see have black people and white women. Who eats your pizza the most? The music is not in the taste of certain people. I dont eat there much anymore because of it.

I haven not received any contact from Pizza Hut about my issue. I do not feel that I will.

I ordered a Pepperoni Lover's large pizza from the Culebra store using points I had earned. I received a regular pepperoni pizza.

I called the store to complain. The manager got on the phone and the first words out of his mouth were: "I'm not going to remake that pizza. I'm telling you that right now." I was shocked and let him know I did not get a Pepperoni Lover's pizza and could text pictures. He asked if I got the pizza for free.

I said yes. He said he already remade the pizza once and would not do it again. I informed him that the pizza had not been remade, I used points I earned. He said he saw the pizza made himself and double the pepperoni were added.

I again offered to text pictures to him. He said the best he could do was offer $5 credit. I told him at that point after treating me the way he did, he could give the credit or not.

I was going to go higher to complain about the way I was treated. I am not a scammer or a freeloader.

Website Failure

I am in sales and marketing and have ordered pizzas using PIzza Hut's website for many years. The developers should all be fired immediately.

The website constantly fails requiring reentry over and over. I spend hours trying to get a simple order to go through. I try the website on both my phone and my computer with ongoing failure. I have tried to call and complain for the past year and there is no one to take my calls at the corporate office.

The phone messaging system only directs you back to a store for complaints which has nothing to do with Pizza Huts website. Yum brands is losing hundreds of thousands of dollars due to their lack of due diligence on the website. I have been ordering from pappa johns and dominos because their websites work correctly. I'd like a call from someone at the corporate office to deal with this issue and to get it corrected.

I will be sharing all of this information over the internet unless I get a call. Thank you.

you have one female working? She has to run the counter and cook the food. Customers are leaving. Pizzas are coming out wrong. Where is your manager?

On July 21st, 2023. This employee had a problem with me. Picking up a door dash order. With a Pizza Hut delivery bag. I explained that me having the bag. Benefits both parties. She then threatened to report me. Follows me to take a photo of my tag. So I came to the door to take a picture of her. She proceeded to knock my phone out of my hand. In which she needs to correct herself. She doesnt have on slip resistant shoes or a hair net. She needs to work on her Customer Service etiquette. She is one unprofessional person.

She threatened me because she thought i wasnt supposed to have a Pizza Hut bag. To deliver Pizza Hut pizza via door dash. The bag isnt stolen. She was clearly out of pocket. Then she proceeded to take a picture of our tag. Then she also tried to knock my phone out of my hand when I took a picture of her. This happened at 3176 Peachtree NE Atlanta, GA

I did a curbside pickup I got there and did the I'm here check in. It popped up my order was ready. I waited 10 minutes and went in but was told my order was still in oven. I went back out to my car and waited another 15 minutes went back in was told its not ready yet. Went back out to car...15 minutes later I went back in and my order was on the shelf in a warming bag. They handed it to me inside ( not curbside) and it was barely warm! I spent $49.00 for *** pizza and horrible service! I feel I should be refunded for this.
