My order was placed at 516 pm Saturday the 25th at 1116 w sylvania ave Toledo Ohio and I called numerous times and was continued to get the runaround . The manager then said he would take care of me and have my food too me personally 20 minutes later that was at 706 pm my food never arrived until 813 pm so almost 3 hours and Im in the restaurant business very unprofessional and I probably will never eat there again sorry but not sorry

Bad pizza, my daughter and grand daughters took me there. It was my birthday, we got the buffet.
Your pizza was bad, it has been there for a while and hard and not much topping or cheese on the ones that were outthere a whole 4 pizza and they were bad. I ask the lady for some regular pizza. She said like what. I said pepperoni and mushrooms, ham and pineapple.
Not chicken that not pizza. She said she would check. 30 minutes later still no good pizza came out.
So we left.
Why is your buffet pizza so bad come paired to your regular pizza.
We will not come back till you change it. We will tell all are friends and family about this too.Their are a lot of pizza shops in Ashland ,Ohio and we choose yours bad mistake and it will not happen again.
Please fix it if you want are busy again.
I think you need a overhaul here too, it looks old and out dated too your booths are bad to sit on

On 3/14/24 at the Gull Rd location in Kalamazoo MI at 642pm I placed an online order for buy one get one free promo for national Pi day. I requested hand tossed crust as it clearly stated on my receipt, one with pineapple, pepperoni, bacon and banana peppers, the other just a pepperoni.
I was given an estimated time of 35 min til ready however when I got there 40 min later there was a cluster of customer in the lobby and parking lot. My friend went inside to pick up the order as I stayed in the car and he did not return to the car for 20 more minutes! After a short inquiry as to what took so long we finally headed home to eat. My friend started explaining to me what was going on inside the store while he was waiting and he told me they were running out of everything and could only make certain things at this point.
However they never told him this specifically so he was under the impression that our order was correct. I immediately told him to look at our pizzas because I ordered what I like not what they want to give me. As he opened the first box I was pissed! My delicious hand tossed crust with rivers of pizza sauce and drippy greasy cheese was reduced to a dry, limp, tasteless thin crust that was over cooked and unappetizing!
The second, pepperoni was identical to the first. I instantly looked up my order thinking I made a mistake with the crust I selected. But alas, the error was definitely not mine... The receipt and online order page confirmed I ordered correctly.
Now I eat pizza Hut frequently and I have never had such horrific wait times, service, or food than what I had tonight. I expect a higher level from your organization and frankly I'm so disgusted with the way this was handled I may never eat pizza Hut again. If I would've been contacted and informed it the issue I could've made a decision for myself based on provided information. Instead it was assumed that my order was interpretable and I would be satisfied with whatever the *** I got...
THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR IS IT THE DECISION OF THE STORE AND ITS EMPLOYEES WHAT I WANT TO EAT! Now with that said who the *** is ok with someone else making decisions on their behalf with that person's permission? Because I certainly am not ok with it! I work in customer service/retail and I know for a fact the worst thing you can do when assisting a customer is to assume you know what they want and don't listen to them or give them enough respect to decide for themselves.
I am completely and udderly put off by the lack of professionalism and common courtesy of a simple phone call or even a short explanation when I arrived for my food. Your employees should not be allowed to continue to do business at that location because all of the people that I witnessed coming n going were dissatisfied customers, including and especially myself. Is there any thing that your company plans on doing to appease my issue with that location or am I to take my business and the business of everyone I know some place else when pizza is on the menu? Being in a position to know what good business is when you *** up, I am fully aware that a compensation of some sort is standard practice and should be immediately implemented and an apology wouldn't hurt either.
I've never been so under impressed with an establishment as I was this evening, and to top it off the food was aweful and shouldn't have been served to anyone! I will expect a representative to reach out to me within the next 24 hours or I will be forced to take further steps in recouping what was wrongfully taken from, and then the *** unexpected replacement given to me, in hopes that I would take it and be quiet just because I got something. That is not me and that is not what this is. I appreciate your time and prompt response and resolution to this issue and look forward to hearing from someone as I stated earlier...

We recently moved to this side of town, needless to say I will never order from this location again, I always order online and pick it up, the girl at the window was very nice but when I open the box and saw the pizza wasnt made the way I order I went inside, I never expect free food and I only wanted them to remake my pizza the way I wrote it in the instructions. Instead, I was met with a very rude employee, telling me that they did not see the instructions on the computer, and he asked me for the ticket which I had to go back to my car to show them the ticket with the instructions on it after arguing with me some more about that I just told him to just give me my refund and he can keep the pizza and I was just gonna leave.
The younger employees were better than him or the manager handling this, they offer to make me another one and have it but at this point i just wanted to leave, All I wanted was for them to remake the pizza not to be argue with, who would want to give them business after being so rude for absolutely no reason, I wasnt mean or rude when I went in so I didnt expect to be treated that way, after 20 minutes, I asked him if he was going to take much longer to get my money back which he replied with that Yes it is! I have never received this kind of customer service ever then when I told them that he shouldnt have argued with me. The manager in the back came and told me that wherever I had put the instructions it was for the driver when I have done this for years whenever you order online you make the pizza how you want it and at the bottom says special instructions I knew this , but I just didnt wanna argue anymore. I was done arguing I just wanted my money back and I wanted to get the heck out of there.
There is a way to tell people if I was wrong really quick to admit that but obviously they are not that kind of people and they should not be on customer service.
They should take the time to look online to see how everything works before arguing with consumers I was nearly 25 minutes to walk out with nothing and I will never order from that location again. They should know what theyre talking about if theyre gonna argue with the customer and obviously, that was not the case

1st they served pizza with sour pineapples on it & when I sent it back, they said they can make another with the same pineapples! GROSS!
Also we were dining in & the waiter, Bryan, Never came back to check on us, we sat there with empty cups for the remainder of our meal! Tables were dirty with no excuse for it, we were the only ones in there at first, then a younger woman came in & they messed up her order but still served it & told her they would take it off the bill instead of making what she wanted, the cashier is very loud & obnoxious, talking about Batman the whole time & complaining that he had to wash the floors, also the bathrooms are filthy! Also your employees should be clean! Tell your cashier to take a shower!
This is The Worst dining experience Ive Ever had at a Pizza Hut PS they are still serving those sour pineapples to customers!!! They also charged me $32.93 for a pan pizza with 1 topping & 2 sodas & when I asked the cashier about the bill he was very rude about it

I have received a "My Box" and written with sharpie on the cardboard directly under where the pizza sat, read "honey garlic". This I assume was used to identify which box would receive the correct chicken order included in the box.
However This caused the permanent red marker to smear all over the bottom of the pizza food item itself, of which 2 full slices were ingested prior to our discovery of this incident. Therefore someone in our family has literally eaten red sharpie marker. I need to get this on record if anything should come of this. We could get very sick, no one knows the effects of consuming this permanent marker, and everyone reacts different to chemicals.
Sharpie company themselves state it should not be consumed or come into contact with food, especially if said food is "oven hot." This info can be found with a simple Google search. I have notified the manager at this location and they said "no problem" we will replace your pizza. My only "problem" with this is it most certainly is a problem, especially if a health problem arises. How may this affect my loved ones?
Again my email is to get this on record. I have picture proof of incident. I also have verbal admittance from the manager to a mistake by employee stating they wrote on the wrong side of the box, "with red sharpie", and therefore in direct correlation of us ingesting the sharpie marker. Should anything come of this I'd like the record to show that this is my first step to a formal complaint.
Please have support email me back. I will keep an eye on the affected family members health and you'd better hope she does not get sick or I will be forced to take definitive legal action for gross negligence.

Around 8:10 pm on March 1, 2024, I went up with my partner to pick up an order we had for Uber delivery from the store 5251 Shelton Rd, South Plainfield, NJ 07080, when we approached to request delivery the cashier He abruptly approached us to tell us that we had to wait in line, when always in all the restaurants when it is pick up one picks up, he simply raised his voice at us and yelled at us again that because we were drivers he was not going to serve us and that we should cancel the order, I Being pregnant he didn't care and he continued yelling at me and my partner and he ignored us and what he did or his solution was to cancel said order, we left the restaurant and unfortunately the Uber sent us to said restaurant again, and this time we were waiting in line for him to serve us and when we got to him to serve us what he did was just cancel the order, so I don't understand what problem he has against the customer, he commented that he is the manager of the store, Uber was notified about this Bad practice that this manager is doing towards the Drivers and towards me, who has been a Pizza Hut customer for years. This situation is unfortunate and I honestly do not understand the reason for this behavior and I would like to make a report to this store and this manager who simply has terrible service.

We ordered their $20 pizza box with the extra dollar for cheesy bread, pepperoni pizza, garlic Parmesan boneless wings and a 2 liter of mountain dew from the pizza hut in Palmyra, PA 17078 and the manager on shift at 7pm proceeded to tell us she personally prepared the order and she served us cheese bread and the pizza was not indeed burnt however the pizza is black on the edges and we were given garlic bread instead of cheese bread and the boneless garlic Parmesan wings had the least garlic Parmesan sauce on wings I've ever seen. They might as well have given me wings with no sauce.
She was rude and claimed nothing was wrong and that me and my daughter and son were lying when the pizza box was directly in front of us. My daughter threatened to write a bad review and she immediately stopped arguing and asked us not to and said she would do credits or send a brand new one but with the way she acted i was scared she would spit in my food so I took the credits and decided there needed to be a review

Walk in with an online order, got my pizza, minus the drinks. Two people working female handed me my pizza and walked to the back.
I kinda forgot the drinks for a few steps and turned to get them. I waited for a minute or two they noticed me there, but didnt pay no mind. I figured Id ask the guy since the sodas were in a fridge to the side of the front desk I could get it myself. I said excuse me sir, and I got a frustrated, hold on cant you see Im busy, and threw some bread sticks down and The pizza spatula on the floor.
Like wow really,the woman just kept working like it was an invisible situation. Then today our son ordered a melt pizza and it was paid online and he said it wasnt paid for and so he got his moms phone to show him, he had attitude and when he left the guy said alright *** you too buddy Kanab Utah Pizza Hut customer service is trash!
A grown *** man, trying to punk a 14 year old kid while working customer service at a Pizza Hut is crazy. The most unprofessional Pizza Hut in the USA 2 separate incidents within 24 hrs Kanab Utah 84741

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
There was no option to speak to a customer service representative and when I researched a contract number online for Metabank and called the number that I was able to locate the voice service said Pathway properties. I was finally able to find a contact for Pizza Hut customer service and the representative was very comforting and helpful she was able to escalate a complaint for me.
The gift card card given to me as a Birthday gift and I was planning to use it for a special occasion, which was yesterday. I was very disappointed..

I ordered a medium pizza and a chicken Alfredo pasta at 4:06 on February 8th. The order was due to arrive at 4:40.
I requested a contactless delivery but when the driver arrived, he rung the doorbell and banged on the door and proceeded to wait. I opened the door and informed him that the delivery was supposed to be contactless. He looked at the receipt and responded oh, I didnt read that, and proceeded to hand me the receipt and food. When I got back in the house, I opened up the pasta and saw the it was spilled in the box as if it had be tilted.
I immediately called the store to speak to a manager about what happened. She said she would coach the driver and get me another pasta sent out. I asked how long it would take because I was about to head out and she stated 20mins. The first order was delivered at 4:40 and the second order was not delivered until 5:35, well over 20mins.
This guys bangs on my door several times back to back before even allowing me to get to the door to open it. When I opened the door, he is holding the bag the where the box it once again tilted on its side. I opened the box and sure enough the pasta and sauce was wasted in the box.
I called the store yet again and this time I was told that there was nothing they could do because the order was delivered by a DoorDash Driver. This is very frustrating and ridiculous to have to deal with twice in a row and to end up losing time and money with no resolve in the end

The manager failed to let me know that the dough for my pizza was out. I drove from Riverside Iowa to the first avenue Pizza Hut and I was City.
They never bothered to let me know that my pizzas were not done. I paid for them. And on my way up to pick up my pizzas I noticed that my pizzas were not paid for. I let them the gentleman that was taken care of my situation no that Pizza Hut needs to take the money out of my checking account to take care a pain for my pizzas in breadsticks.
The manager comes up and tells me that they were out of the dough and that it was not done and it was refunded back to my checking account. I then asked why didn't you let me know about this why did you not call me and let me know because I drove over 20 miles and gas prices are so high right now just to pick up this pizza for my supper. The manager said to me they were too busy. Too busy is not a good reason not to call to have good customer service.
She was very rude to me she didn't care that I drove up she took her fingers and swiped in them in the air. And she walked away. This lady was very rude once again I asked her what her name was and she would not tell me until I asked her again. It was I'm trying to do my review of Pizza Hut her name was Chastity Brown.
I asked her to write it down on a piece of paper and she refused to and I asked her again and again and again and then I told her that you people here are losing good customers because of your service. She got very offended with me because she is African American and she said to me quotes you're saying this because I'm black. That is not the reason why I said that I meant you people is because of Pizza Hut in general. She told me if I didn't get out of Pizza Hut within 5 minutes she was going to call the cops on me.
I told her to go ahead and just do that and I told her that I wanted her to write her name down on a piece of paper for me and she never did it. I am doing this review because this Chastity Brown needs to learn about customer service and how you treat people in general. Please help me in this situation because she does not need to be in customer service. And I was very upset because I didn't get my pizzas.
Just to add. It is now September 9th 2023. I have not yet heard a thing from Pizza Hut. I am still very disgusted and how that lady had treated me.
She poked her finger at me. And told me that she wasn't going to help me. And kept on telling me to leave. I guess how much gas prices are now that's one reason why I'm really disgusted.
Cuz I drove over 20 miles to get this pizza actually a few pizzas and breadsticks and she couldn't call me just to change the order of my pizza crust which would it cost a few minutes seconds of her time. That is just pathetic and sad. She was younger African-American and very rude to me and racist towards me. Like I said to her you people meaning the company of Pizza Hut is going downhill and this is the reason why because we the customer are getting treated very poorly.

I have ordered several times from this Pizza Hut and wants to head to Texas. Both times my order was made and not picked up and delivered.
The first time they didnt even bother to even call and say were not gonna deliver it. The second time I called And they said that DoorDash has not picked up the pizza but the pizza was ready. The original order was canceled by the GM because she called the telephone number that was on the order and one number was off. This is my online account my original telephone number is on my online account , if you type my name, my telephone number will pull up.
I dont know whats going on with this Pizza Hut, but this is not the first second third fourth fifth time that this has happened to me with this Pizza Hut. I have ordered pizza for my grandchildren and different cities, my daughter, and a different city, my son and a different city, and my sister and her kids in a different city and have not had this problem. I am so upset with this only one store and Waxahachie. Maybe yall need to invest in getting another STORE and Waxahachie.
Because Waxahachie has grown so much that I dont think that that Pizza Hut can handle all the orders that come through there . Yall line up on DoorDash to deliver peoples pizzas and food and people are hungry until they get their food and if they dont get their food theyre starving. Please contact me regarding this matter.

If you really are in the restaurant business you would know that in order to get a refund you must return the food.
That is the thing, there are always liars and scammers trying to get something free. Sad really.
Someone needs to go to her restaurant, and not return the food, and then demand a refund. Hopefully this puts her out of business and she learns how wrong and dishonest her behavior is.
