Pizza Hut complaint by Ichimar
This is a complain of bad customer service in store located at 8280 NW Sunset Strip

Sunrise, FL 33322

Phone: (954) 572-7800. I ordered a pizza by phone. After one hour I called once. After an hour and a half I phoned the store again and they said the pizza was on its wat. I phoned one more time and then we found it it was not going to be coming after 2 hours of waiting and calling.Finally we called again to talk to the manager and he refused to give us his name. When we asked him what happened he said he called before to say our house was out of the area which is false. To make matters worse the manager just huing up the phone. My children fell asleep waiting for the food. I thought Pizza Hut was a family business that should care for their pratonage. I will never visit or purchase a pizza or anything from your institution or franchise. Probably 1 family will not make a difference but everytime I have a chance I will spread the incident of one of your franchise location.

There's no reason why they shouldn't have been able to give a better explanation of why they didn't at least CALL YOU if they weren't delivering it. Also, it's not a family business, it's a huge worldwide franchise.
