Pizza Hut complaint

I reside on the outskirts and Pizza Hut is one of the few that deliver out to my house and they seem to screw up orders way too often.I pay for extra toppings and do not receive them.On this last and final order,I ordered wings and other stuff and did not receive my wings after a fairly lengthy wait.The driver made my girlfriend pay for the wings and the complete order and the driver left to go back to town.We had to wait even longer.Then I phoned the "manager" which I learned is not the actual manager because it works through a call centre.She was rude and hung up on me because I was irrate due to the fact that I received half the order and paid for the whole order.I remained calm through many of the screw ups but this time I felt i had enough and I was told that and I quote..... " Maybe I shouldn't order from Pizza Hut anymore." I order from Pizza Hut at least one or twice a week and this is the last and final straw for this guy.

If they screw up the orders that they deliver then go to the restaurant itself and eat there because when my sixth grade class went on a camping trip to Thunder Bay we had a long ride and stopped at the same restaurant I think and they were nice and helpful But you should have been nicer then he will not hang up.
